I am Sadatu Usman, founder and New York City–born and raised–hospitality professional with 20+ years of deep, hands on experience managing, leading, and helping to shape some of New York City’s most iconic restaurants, lounges, bars, and hotels. From high-volume nightlife institutions like The Box NYC to legendary dining rooms like Indochine to high end hotel brands like the W Hotels, I’ve spent my career learning the pulse of the guest experience—what people feel, what they remember, and what keeps them coming back for more.
My expertise spans service, guest experience, operations, design, event execution, food & beverage management, and urban agriculture. I’ve worked in the heart of New York City hospitality—leading teams, elevating service culture, and mastering the alchemy of ambiance, culinary creativity, and care.
